eval_static_coeffs Subroutine

public pure subroutine eval_static_coeffs(airfoil, re, alpha, cl, cd, cm25)

Interpolate the static polars at Reynolds number re and angle of attack alpha [deg]. Port of CACTUS' EvalStaticCoeff.
