cuda_fft_plan_setup Subroutine

public pure subroutine cuda_fft_plan_setup(bc_code, dims_glob, dims_loc, fft_n, fft_n_loc, fw_type, bw_type)

The cuFFT plan dimensions and types of a BC class. The 100 case transposes X<->Y and runs the FFT on (ny, nx, nz), the 110 case transposes to (nz, nx, ny) with R2C along Z, and the 000 and 010 cases run it on (nx, ny, nz). fft_n holds the global plan dimensions and fft_n_loc the local extents of the first two. Shared by the solver init and the x3d2-memcheck probe.
