compute_tower_forces Subroutine

public subroutine compute_tower_forces(tower, rho_air, visc, time, cl, cd, strouhal, noise)

Tower loads: constant drag and a lift oscillating at the shedding frequency St*U/D, perturbed by noise (uniform in [0, 1) per element).
